Direct leasing
Based on client’s choice of manufacturer and equipment, the leasing company purchases the equipment from the manufacturer and leases that equipment to the client. The leasing company has a proprietary right to the equipment, while client has a right of possession and use of the equipment. The property would appear on the balance sheet of the client. Direct leasing is not necessarily affected by the client’s previous credit status. The tenancy and rental will customized based on the client’s financial standing.
